Since installing the DealTrak123 system over a year ago, it has saved staff time and allowed deals to be processed quicker. The system has now become an essential part of operations.

Castle Credit Finance Ltd

Castle Credit Finance Ltd was established in 1991 and has steadily developed a reputation for delivering high quality service. With over twenty years experience in the motor finance industry it has access to leading market lenders and rates.

Castle Credit has been using DealTrak Broker since October 2007. The speed of the system has helped to improve efficiency and allowed integration into one core system.

Stoneacre

The Stoneacre Motor Group is one of the most successful and fastest growing motor groups in the UK. Operating in 25 branches across the UK it works with manufacturers such as Chevrolet, Fiat, Hyundai and Suzuki.

Stoneacre was the first motor group to pilot the DealTrak123 system; it has helped to improve the overall efficiency of the company and has now become an essential part of its operations.

Co-operative Motor Group

The Co-operative Motor Group has over 24 franchises based in the Midlands and Northern area including Land Rover, Renault, Nissan, Fiat, Suzuki, Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Mazda and Peugeot within the group offering new and used car sales, servicing and parts departments.

The Group has been using DealTrak123 over twenty different sites for just over a year. Having initially bought into the product to unify finance proposals, over the course of the year the company has seen its potential as a commission calculator for head office and to produce weekly league tables to encourage sales.

Ian Beardmore, Group Operation Support Manager for The Co-operative Motor Group said: “In terms of time saved and extra deals done it is easy to see the commercial benefits of DealTrak123. Vertu Motors

Vertu Motors plc was formed in 2006 to acquire and consolidate UK motor retail businesses. Having acquired dealers such as Bristol Street Motors, Ford and Honda it is now the 8th largest motor retailer in the UK and was awarded the Motor Trader Dealer Group of the Year in 2008.

Vertu Motors bought into the DealTrak123 system to increase sales in each of its branches in the UK. The DealTrak123 system allowed Vertu to be more efficient when dealing with customers increasing the number of customers that could be dealt with.

Peter Stewart, Director of Operations for Vertu Motors PLC said of the DealTrak123 system: “From a standing start, integration with our showroom system was achieved in a matter of weeks. This system will enable each one of our branches to do another 10 deals a month!”

FGA Capital

FGA Capital is a financial company that specialises in the motor financing sector. It’s a joint venture between Fiat Group Automobiles and French banking company Crédit Agricole. It operates in 16 different European countries managing financial activities in order to support the sales of large automotive manufacturers such as Jaguar, Chrysler Jeep and Fiat Group Automobiles.

FGA Capital took on the DealTrak123 system as it was impressed that it involved all parties from the lender to the end user therefore ensuring that everyone was satisfied with the deal. This helped to develop strong customer relationships and increase sales.

Wayne Vickers, National Finance Manager for FGA Capital said: “Since we have been involved with DealTrak123 and Frontline Solutions there has been a smooth transition amongst our network of dealers integrating the system to our IT Interface with a minimum amount of issues.
